Winneshiek Juvenile Charged After School Incident
Kyle Martin Fischer referred to Juvenile Court Services for first degree criminal mischief and third degree burglary following a burglary and vandalism at North Winneshiek School on Sept 15. Exterior door glass was broken and computers and other equipment were damaged with additional electronics missing. Losses total several thousand dollars.
