In Chicago a 36 year old divorcee Millicent Armin stood on a 20th floor ledge of the Tribune Tower for over an hour and a half threatening to jump. Fire Marshal James Hughes and a priest lured her back to safety with her dog Boxer Licky after her father and police escorted them to the scene. The dramatic rescue drew a large crowd and TV coverage as Armin was pulled to safety.
