New York AP reports Scott a thrice decorated K 9 war veteran dog could not adjust to civilian life after biting a third person and was put to death by the ASPCA Monday night. The springer spaniel owned by Mr and Mrs August Marrone of the Bronx had been kidnapped from an ASPCA shelter after a court parole for prior bites.
