Cliff Tiegen Given Up To Six Years For Jailbreak Role
Clifford Alan Tiegen, 19, of Cedar Rapids, received an indeterminate sentence up to six years in federal prison for aiding a prisoner to escape from Linn County jail. Judge McManus imposed under the federal youth corrections act. the term's length rests with correction officials. Williams remains at large after pled guilty by Tiegen. three other inmates also escaped using a hacksaw blade exchanged for a diamond chip to saw window bars.
