Alcohol kills infant Father charged in baby's death

Tyrone Counce 23 of Columbus Junction charged with felony child endangerment over feeding alcohol to his 20 day old son. The baby Tyrone Van Auken died Sept 11 from acute alcohol intoxication at the couple's home with the mother present. Counce held on $20,000 bond. hearing set Sept 28. conviction could bring up to 10 years in prison.
