380 Express set to ease Cedar Rapids Iowa City commute
The 380 Express launches 5 20 a m October 1 from Cedar Rapids Ground Transportation Center. It runs weekdays with five stops to Iowa City and back, cost 350 per one way, 3250 for 10 rides, 125 monthly. Windstar Lines operates the service funded by state sources to ease traffic from the I 80 I 380 project.
