A former Cedar Rapids resident, Harry Clay, 24, was arrested at the Iowa County Courthouse amid a six county drug trafficking probe. He faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver LSD and defraud, held on 15000 dollar bond.
