Louise Guthrie and Robert W Reth wed near here

Louise Irene Guthrie daughter of Mr and Mrs Ray Guthrie of Masonville and Robert W Reth son of the William Reths of Earlville exchanged wedding vows Sunday at the Silver Creek Methodist church. The Rev A R Sanks officiated with Marilyn Robinson as organist and Dale Hunt singing. The bride wore a white taffeta gown with net overskirt and carried chrysanthemums. Best man Marvin Boyson and groomsmen including Ernest Reth and Melvin Reth attended. A reception for 150 followed at the Community hall and the couple planned to live on a farm near Earlville after October 1.
