Knott follows brother's packet as ISU linebacker starts
ISU red shirt freshman Luke Knott studies a binder Jake Knott kept, a 20 to 25 page guide now guiding Luke toward his first start against Iowa at Jack Trice Stadium. Luke, lighter than Jake at this stage, has emerged from safety to linebacker with defense minded speed and smart play. Jake Knott, now with the Eagles, highlighted Luke's early season impact. The coach notes Luke’s interception ability and rapid adjustment as he takes the field versus a strong rival.
