Voters approve 39 million NICC bond for district colleges
Northeast Iowa Community College district voters approved bonds not to exceed 39 million dollars. The measure passed 4632 to 872, with 84 percent support in nine of thirteen counties, funded by continuing a levy near 29 cents per 1000 dollars. NICC plans campus projects and ongoing upgrades.
