Cedar Rapids man jailed for crack cocaine distribution
Colin Wauqua, 23, of Cedar Rapids was sentenced in US District Court to 11 years eight months in federal prison for six counts of crack cocaine distribution. He pleaded guilty Jan 3, 2002. A six year supervised release follows. He sold crack to a government informant six times, and offenses near a school and involving a minor increased the sentence.
