In Cedar Rapids and Linn County, 4,123 of voters cast ballots for the Cedar Rapids school board, with total turnout at 5.12 percent countywide. Incumbent Henderson won District 2 with 41.4 percent, fending off Tracy Spicer and Donald Karr for what he called his fifth and final term.
