Paul Nosek created a Japanese style hillside garden at 1529 Hillside Drive NW using gravel, river rocks, a concrete pool, water jets, and driftwood from the Cedar river. The design features limestone walkways, a wall of limestone, privacy fencing, and plants such as black pine, yuccas, ferns, and sedums to evoke a tranquil, maintenance friendly landscape for his family including Joan and children Brenda Brad and Eric.
