Major Grant Wood exhibit draws 350 in Cedar Rapids
About 350 visitors attended the Cedar Rapids show featuring Wood's Gothic from the 1930 Cedar Rapids studio. A 200 person afternoon lecture by Thomas Hoving highlighted the event while viewers, including Elesa Slager and Rose Coleman, connected with Wood's portraits and everyday objects. The exhibit runs through December 4.
