Iowa officials filed a criminal complaint against Agriprocessors Inc and five leaders over 9 311 child labor violations at the Postville plant from Sept 9 2007 to May 12 2008. Boyfriend charged in death of Skylar at Coggan home
Lee J Muldoon, 23, is charged with first degree murder and child endangerment causing death over the July 11 death of Skylar Inman, a 2 year old found unresponsive at a Coggan residence. Deputies were called at 10 45 p m and Skylar died the following day at St Luke s Hospital after sustaining injuries.
