Protester barred from Emma Goldman Clinic in Iowa City
Sixth District Judge David Remley issued a temporary injunction restricting Dan Holman of Keokuk from approaching the Emma Goldman Clinic at 227 North Dubuque Street and its staff. He cannot cross north of Bloomington Street or enter the alley behind the clinic, and must stay at least 100 feet from clinic director Karen Kubby and medical director Dr. Robert Kretzschmar. The order protects patients and employees amid Holman’s repeated protests and threats, with no permanent injunction date set.
