Father given probation after child endangerment plea
Jeremiah Usher, 36, of Cedar Rapids, pled guilty to four counts of aggravated child endangerment and obstruction of emergency communications in Linn County Court. He received two years probation and $690 in fines plus supervision fees, with a five year no contact order and children placed in foster care.
