Cedar Rapids babysitter faces felony child endangerment charge
Constance L. Cockhren 46 is charged with child endangerment and assault causing bodily injury after allegedly whipping a 7 year old boy with a belt on August 2 at 1802 Grande Ave SE. The child was taken to a pediatrician. Cockhren was arrested August 30 with a preliminary hearing set for September 20.
