Uniform swap brings bands together across states
Linn-Mar High School in Iowa bought new marching uniforms for 67300 dollars. Sisseton High School in South Dakota and George Little Rock High School in Iowa each bought 125 of the old Linn-Mar uniforms for 3500 dollars. The Sisseton band visited Marion for the Swamp Fox Festival parade and performed with Linn-Mar, while Linn-Mar hosted host families and treated visitors to a game and social events. The exchange revived pride with the new colors and uniforms worn at the football game.
