The Linn County Board of Supervisors responds to five questions about lake project financing. They commit to a 250000 loan toward a 2700000 total cost, while Cedar Rapids pledges 100000 for dam costs but funds remain tight. The group seeks 200000 from the city, and a 1 million bond may be used with older funds to cover the balance. Citizens split on the bond route, urging clear benefit explanations.
