Public art planned for Iowa byways across 15 communities
Eastern Iowa byways will host public artworks within a year. Fifteen communities including Amana Anamosa Belle Plaine Bellevue Delhi Elkader Guthrie Center Guttenberg Keosauqua Manchester Maquoketa Postville Waukon Winterset and possibly Dubuque form local committees to develop themes capturing each town’s sense of place under Northeast Iowa RC&D coordinator Mallory Marlatt.
