Cedar Rapids courts Toyota for a new manufacturing plant

Tennessee airline may be in Cedar Rapids by December
Officials from Tennessee Airways led by president Stuart Adcock met Cedar Rapids Airport Director William Rankin to discuss starting commuter service from Cedar Rapids to Kansas City and Omaha by December. Rankin said the Knoxville based carrier plans a separate company, aims for niche routes, and could appeal to business travelers with eight and 18 passenger turbo-props.
