Mount Vernon man loses suit over failure to provide documents
A Linn District Court ruling found David H. Nussbaum failed to supply birth and education documents in a civil case filed by Sound Marketing Associates over samples and an advance. He was ordered to pay 18527 dollars and his counterclaim was dismissed. The case can be reinstated. Separately he pleaded guilty to a second degree theft tied to opening a bank account and a 5000 dollar withdrawal. The 1943 World War II note provides historical context.
