Cardiac Rehabilitation Program Opens at Cedar Rapids YMCA
Mercy and St Luke's hospitals sponsor the Linn County Community Cardiac Rehabilitation program at the Cedar Rapids YMCA beginning September 11. The scientifically based exercise plan includes 36 sessions Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays with 25 clients per session plus three hours of heart-healthy living instruction. Participants are tested referred by a physician and cost about 130 dollars plus variable pre admission testing. For details contact Larry Bush at the YMCA.
