SAN ANTONIO AP The Wichita State football plane crash has claimed its 31st victim. John Taylor, 21, of Sherman Texas, died at the army burn center after being flown there in critical condition with 82 percent burns. Thirteen other players and 17 officials and fans died in the disaster. There were 40 aboard the craft which crashed near Silver Plume Colorado on October 2.
