Burlington high school murder victim Kedarie Johnson identified in court

Public Safety Reports From Iowa City Area

Cedar Rapids man Seth Gilmore, 22, was pulled from a burning car after a July crash and faces second degree theft and drunken driving charges. A separate Iowa City woman Christine Wilmoth, 49, was arrested for drunken driving after hitting a motorcyclist on Riverside Drive. Another incident: a knife robbery at Kum and Go and a stabbing in Coralville linked to Jody Kubik, 48, who faces willful injury and domestic assault with a weapon.
