Cedar Rapids seeks to exempt public agencies from OSHA in emergencies

Iowa State Senator Dale Kuster indicated he may amend Inwa’s OSHA law to exempt public agencies during actual emergencies. Frazer Sentenced to Life for Girl's Death in Iowa

Gary L. Frazer of Oplin was given life at Fort Madison for the death of a six year old Hazleton girl after a denied motion for a new trial. Judge Joseph Keefe called the crime brutal and senseless and noted Frazer's history of selfish behavior including an escape involvement. Frazer has 60 days to appeal. bond set at 200000.
