City Hall uses consultants to gauge public wants and needs
Cedar Rapids city leaders approved contracts with JS/Day and Vernon Research to study how to communicate with the public and employees. JS/Day will total $100,000 and Vernon Research $37,500 this round. Finance Commissioner Hanson opposed both measures.
