Ex-convict sought in slaying of Minnesota family

Police search for Lawrence Scott Dame 28, ex convict and brother of Donna Mimbach, after he allegedly vowed to kill everyone before they kill me. Five members of the family including three children were found dead in their Lino Lakes home after his release on parole. Damien had served four years for a throat slashing and was due to report to a hospital for crisis intervention.

Mexican probe rules Colosio assassination a lone gunman act

Mexico City AP The outgoing government concludes that Luis Donaldo Colosio was killed by a mentally unstable solo gunman. Special prosecutor Luis Raul Gonzalez says no evidence supports a second shooter or conspiracy. Colosio was shot at a PRI rally in Tijuana on March 23 1994. Colosio's father rejects the lone gunman theory, calling it a plot.
