Shooting investigated for link to sniper in Ashland Virginia
A 37-year-old man was shot in a steakhouse parking lot in Ashland and taken to a hospital for surgery. Police said witnesses heard a shot from a wooded area and no bullet was recovered. Interstate 95 was shut briefly as a sniper task force sped to the scene.
