Witness testifies Taylor waved gun while shouting mad killer
A Waterloo police murder trial witness testified James Michael Taylor fired on officers Hoing and Rice last July after a porch party dispute. He said Taylor waved the gun in the air and proclaimed he was a mad killer from St Louis as deputies guarded the darkened federal building.
