Prosecutor refs video and unused bullet in Delphi killings

In Delphi Indiana a 52 year old man, Richard Allen, faces two counts of murder with two additional counts for murder during kidnapping. Prosecutor Nicholas McLeland says an unused bullet and a video from Libby German's phone place Allen at the Monon High Bridge Trail the night Abby Williams and Libby German were killed. The trial, in Fort Wayne, features sequestered jurors after intense local attention.
