Her 3-year-old son Tommy was found strangled at home and she, in an hysterical state, admitted the act. Dr. F S Skinner diagnosed paranoid dementia praecox.
John H Hart wig Chicago regional director of the cotton garment code authority died suddenly in Presbyterian hospital at age 61. Born in Galena in 1873 he headed the code authority from April with jurisdiction over Illinois Iowa Wisconsin Minnesota and Nebraska.
