UI Title IX monitors balance equity after fees and facilities
The University of Iowa paid Feldman to monitor Title IX compliance after a 2021 settlement with female swimmers and other athletes who sued over proposed cuts. Feldman noted improvements in facilities including the Goschke Wrestling Training Center and a planned Women’s Gymnastics and Spirit Squad Training Center, with equity in participation, benefits, and scholarships tracked through 2024.
