Waldorf College in Winnebago County Iowa will reduce tuition 15 percent for incoming students in fall 2003 and freeze tuition and fees while lowering room and board for current students. The move drops tuition to 13000 per year as the private college aims to grow enrollment from 547 this fall to 800 in five years.
