Cedar Rapids Theater Opens Season With Saucy Comedy
The Cedar Rapids Community Theater debuts its 1970 71 season with Robert Anderson's You Know I Can't Hear You when the Water's Running a four play collection. Local players directed by Don Tescher handle a mix of risqué yet amusing pieces led by Nick Roberts Rock of Gibraltar Max Hahn Carol Palumbo and Greg Nesheim in the strongest segment The Shock of Recognition. The Footsteps of Doves stars Steve Arnold Mary Wratny Roger Dunette Pat Gibson in a witty set piece about bed choices. I'll Be Home for Christmas and I'm Herbert complete the lineup with Dale Schultz Elaine Green Anne Hastings Mary Lou Harrington. Performances run Wednesday through Saturday for three weeks.
