Martelle Motorist Nabbed Here On Drunk Driving Count

Nick Kost, 32, of Martelle, jailed on a drunk driving charge after a 3:30 am arrest by Patrolmen Badger and E. Davis. His companion Frank Ray, 50, of Amossa, pled guilty to drunkenness before Judge Harry Johnson and paid 10 dollars plus costs. Kost’s car wove on First Street and was stopped after turning onto Third Avenue. He previously served a 60-day county term for forgery.
