Candidates Debate Office Finances and Fees
The article contrasts Bosio and Kane over whether opening branch offices would raise user fees. It notes fiscal year 1989 showed a $10,712 shortfall, while 1990 logged about a $10,300 net profit. Kane argues profit would appear if a $60,000 transfer in 1988 was timed differently. He claims underlying profits for two thirds of his 24 years in office.
