Thieves take snowplow from truck near Mount Vernon Road
Police report thieves removed a full snowplow assembly from a truck parked at 2846 Mount Vernon Road SE on Sunday night. The loss included the plow, electric motor, cables and hydraulic lines valued at 700 dollars. Nearby, Leif Erickson Day events drew 258 lodge members to Our Savior's Lutheran Church for a torsk dinner prepared by Bishops staff.
