November hearing set for car assault case in Iowa
The Gazette reports Kyle Orth, 27, faces Linn County charges after a March 29 incident in which police fired at his car as he accelerated toward them. A suppression hearing is set for Nov. 3 with trial reset to Dec. 7. He seeks dismissal based on speedy indictment claims and excludes certain statements and test results at trial.
