A state supreme court reversal of Linn county district court action on Frank Soukup’s December 22 1933 right foot injury led to a ruling by Judge A B Clark granting $98 01. Scientists Groove Clouds With Airplane Flight Study
Two scientists, Irving Langmuir and Alexander Forbes, report in the Journal of the Aeronautical Sciences that planes leave distinct furrows in stratus cloud tops and, in some cases, cut through the cloud layers.
