Iowa City homicide leaves Chicago man’s wife in shock
John E. Versypt, 64, of Cordova Illinois, was found dead from a gunshot in Building C of the Broadway Condominiums in Iowa City on Thursday afternoon. Police say authorities are investigating the death as a homicide. a handgun was found near the body with empty casings discovered nearby.
