The Chewing Gum Book lists terms used in six regions for chewing gum. In the U.S.S.R. it is zheva telnaya rezinka, Sweden calls it tuggumi, Greece uses tsikles, Portugal calls it pas tilka elastica, Latin America uses gama de mascar, and Japan calls it gama.
