More than 50 privately owned Iowa nursing homes will reimburse the state $13,914,672 in unpaid fees with payments mostly starting in April and due by September 2025. The largest debts involve Ac cura HealthCare with $4,073,725 across 19 facilities, and Pacifica Health Services through two homes.
