Iowa survey shows gaps in awareness of home virtual care options
A University of Iowa commissioned survey of 528 Iowans finds 54 percent unfamiliar with virtual care for minor conditions and 9.7 percent used emergency departments for minor illnesses in the past two years. Urban residents report rapid urgent care access, while rural areas lag.
