Des Moines court building bid chosen for 27.9 million
The Iowa Supreme Court selected Des Moines firm Neumann Brothers Inc. with a 27.9 million bid for a 125000 square foot five story judicial building on the Capitol complex. Knutson Construction Services offered 29.1 million with limestone exterior. Completion is set for 2002.

Home invasion leaves couple beaten and raped
