Nine killed in Umpqua Community College shooting in Oregon
In Roseburg Oregon Chris Harper Mercer killed nine people and wounded nine before taking his own life during a classroom attack at Umpqua Community College. Police reported rapid response and neutralization within minutes. the shooter, 26, had a flak jacket and carried multiple weapons.
