Trial Period For One Way Traffic In Marion

Marion city council approved a 90 day trial to convert Fourteenth street north of Eleventh avenue to one way northbound and allow parking on the west side during the period. The measure followed resident protests against no parking on both sides. Council also accepted paving in El Mar Heights additions and sanitary sewer work, plus various local appointments and notices from the meeting.
