Mr and Mrs Howard F Helm sold their home at 1260 Nineteenth avenue SW to Mr and Mrs Edward W True of 1606 M street SW. The deal was handled through Bruce A West and company.

The Meadow Brook Drive SE property at 2411 owned by R J Spener of Omaha sold to E Glenn Downing and wife of 819 D Avenue NW in a cooperative deal managed by Yuill Gohmann and Alice Gustafsson and company.
L. E. Adams and his wife moved into 1007 C avenue NW, purchased from Mrs. Frank L. Buser of Crescent Street SE while under construction. The Hedges company and Yuill and Gohmann brokered the cooperative sale, with other local property transfers noted on Marion road and Hamilton and Fifth Avenue addresses.
