Conceal Garbage Can With Ground-Buried Or Enclosed Hatch
The suggestion is to install a can buried below the surface that lifts out to be emptied or to build a small enclosed area with a lattice or hedge around it to keep the can hidden from neighbors. The enclosure should keep the container out of sight and minimize objections from neighbors.
